What ColorPop Kids collects when you book, and how we use it.
When you book
- Parent or guardian's name, email and phone
- Your child's first name and age
- Your session details and your signed agreement
- Payment records. Card numbers go to our payment processor; we never see or store them.
To run your session
We use your details to book and run your session, send your agreement, receipts and photos, contact you about your session, keep business records, and send studio news (every email has an unsubscribe link).
Services we share with
Only what each needs to do its job: a payment processor, an email delivery service, our web host, our studio calendar, our photo gallery service, and website analytics.
Our booking system uses Google Calendar only to check when the studio is free and to add booked sessions to our own calendar.
Our website analytics use cookies and may collect information about visits over time. We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
Your details and changes
To see, correct or delete your details, email [email protected] or call or text (310) 270-1182.
If we change this policy, we post the new version here and update the date at the top.
What we never do
- We never sell or rent your details, and never share them for anyone's advertising.
- We never see or store your card number. Payments run on a secure payment page.
- Your gallery stays private. Proofs are never posted or shared.
- We never post your child's photos unless your agreement allows it, and you can say no at any time.
- We never ask for more than we need: just your child's first name and age.
